Anne Marie Duff

Anne-Marie Duff (born in England) is an English actor and narration. After graduating at the Drama Centre London Duff made television appearances on Trial & Retribution Amongst Women and Aristocrats in the mid 1990s. Anne-Marie Duff was born 8th October 1970, in Chiswick London. Anne-Marie Duff is a stage and film actress from the UK. She became famous for her character Fiona Gallagher on the first two seasons of the UK television series Shameless. The Virgin Queen (2006) was her subsequent part. Also, she appeared as Queen Elizabeth I as well as the main character in From Darkness, a television show in 2015. Duff played the role of Enigma in Enigma (2001), The Magdalene Sisters Scandal (2007), Notions on a Scandal (2007) French Film (2008) The Last Station, Nowhere Boy Before Go To Sleep (2014) and Suffragette (2005). Duff was nominated to win BAFTA Awards in Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress, and Best Actress in Shameless The Virgin Queen. In addition to this she won the BAFTA Cymru Award in Best Actress in 2007 for her performance in the TV film The History of Mr Polly. Anne-Marie Duff was a multi-award-winning English actress. She has excelled in her showbiz career, performing on television radio movies as well as theaters. Her role as a mainstream star was Fiona Gallagher in the British comedy-drama television series Shameless and as Queen Elizabeth I on the mini-series of television The Virgin Queen. Anne-Marie also has a long performance history on stage as well as extensive involvement for her company, the Royal National Theatre.
